Sonic was sold as a puppy, to the french team of Amanuq. She competed in their teams on both dryland and snow and bred a litter in 2017. When Amanuq decided to retire from competition, Sonic came back home to be a part of the Yabasta team. She soon adjusted to mid distance training and became one of the main leaders in the team.
